Welcome to the Support Request Portal

We’ve built our tech support team "Online & Live Support" specifically to assist our clients in all things Bizzuka. Use our support request portal to quickly find out Bizzuka’s progress on logged ticket items for requests you have made. Ask our advice about anything you want to do with the website. We can share examples or step-by-step guides to allow you the "know-how" to keep building.

Login Instructions
If you have previously submitted a Customer Support Ticket, you are registered to use the portal. Click on the log in image below to access your log in screen. Simply click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, enter your email address and follow the instructions to receive a new password.

If you're looking for more help resources, check out the icons below. These appear in the admin toolbar once you’re logged in, and point to helpful documentation, important areas of the support site, and the Live Chat interface.

Help Buttons in the Administrative and Editing Interfaces



The Help button (in the administrative interface) links directly to the online manual.


The Live Chat button (in the administrative interface) opens chat in a popup screen.

The Support button (in the administrative interface) provides contact information.


The Question Mark button (in the editing interface) provides a series of "how-to" videos.
